Last updated: September 6, 2026. These Terms concern athledex.com, the public website presenting the Athledex brand, its story, identity, projects and sporting partnerships.

1. Publisher and contact

Athledex is a subsidiary of MONJODAV, a French société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle (SASU). MONJODAV operates this website. For questions about the website, its content or these Terms, contact the official Instagram account @athledex.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Information about the hosting provider is available at vercel.com.

2. What these Terms cover

This is an informational and editorial website. Browsing does not require an account, and the current website does not provide a checkout, paid subscription, event booking or public posting service.

These Terms do not replace a separately agreed sponsorship, partnership, purchase or participation agreement. If a new service becomes available, its specific terms will be provided where that service is offered.

3. Projects and announcements

Pages may describe ideas, work in development, design studies and future ambitions alongside existing activities. An illustration or announcement is not, by itself, an offer for sale, a confirmed release date or a promise of availability.

Information may change as projects develop. Reasonable care is taken over the content, but errors or outdated details can occur. Contact Athledex if you notice something that needs correcting.

4. Intellectual property and sharing

The Athledex name, logos, visual identity, original texts and website design are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Photographs, videos, club identities and other third-party material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

You may link to public pages without suggesting an endorsement or affiliation. Reproduction, adaptation, commercial reuse or use of the brand on products requires the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where permitted by law. Quotation and other statutory exceptions remain unaffected. A credit does not, on its own, grant permission to reuse an image or video.

5. Respectful and lawful use

• Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or interfere with the availability or security of the website.
• Do not impersonate Athledex, a partner or another person, or use the website’s content to mislead people.
• Do not extract or republish material in a way that infringes intellectual property, database rights or personal privacy, or places an unreasonable load on the website.

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements.

6. Contributions and collaboration requests

You may contact Athledex with a story, idea or collaboration proposal. Sending a message does not establish a partnership, create an obligation to respond or transfer ownership of your work. Any publication, licence, payment or collaboration terms must be agreed separately where needed.

Only share material you are entitled to send. Avoid confidential business information and unnecessary personal or health information. Social-media messages are also subject to the relevant platform’s terms and privacy practices.

7. Partners and external websites

The website links to clubs, social networks and other third parties. Their websites and activities are governed by their own terms. A link or a sponsorship relationship does not mean that Athledex operates every activity of that organisation or guarantees its services.

For an event mentioned on this site, check the organiser’s own information about entry, suitability, safeguarding, insurance and cancellation. Any activity directly organised by Athledex will be identified as such and accompanied by the relevant participation information.

8. Sport, health and media

Sporting stories and imagery are provided for information and inspiration, not as personalised medical or training advice. Choose activities appropriate to your circumstances and seek qualified advice when needed.

Some films contain rapid cuts or flashing images. Observe the warning beside the player and avoid viewing that content if it may affect you. Ambient videos can be limited by your device’s reduced-motion settings.

9. Availability and responsibility

The website may be interrupted for maintenance, technical incidents or circumstances outside the operator’s control. Continuous availability and error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

Responsibility for loss or damage is determined under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or gross negligence, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. Personal data

The Privacy Policy explains technical browsing data, contact messages, hosting, external links and your data protection rights. Browsing this website does not constitute consent to advertising or unrelated marketing.

11. Updates

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website or applicable law. The date above identifies the current version. Updates do not retroactively change a separate agreement or remove rights already acquired under applicable law.

12. French law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of habitual residence where applicable. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; these Terms do not impose an exclusive court on consumers.
