These rules apply to the Athledex × Inter Da Nang 2nd Anniversary Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), which Athledex and Inter Da Nang run on Instagram. By entering, you accept these rules.

The official accounts are @athledex and @interdanang. Athledex and Inter Da Nang will never ask you for a payment, a password or bank details to claim a prize. Ignore any other account that contacts you about this Giveaway.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to people aged 18 or over, in every country, who have an Instagram account and complete the steps in section 3. The only exception is a country or territory where the law or international sanctions prevent shipping or delivering a prize.

Prizes go to a home or work address. Military addresses and PO boxes cannot receive a prize.

2. Giveaway period

The Giveaway closes on November 20, 2026 at 23:59 Vietnam time (ICT, UTC+7). Athledex and Inter Da Nang do not count entries made after that time.

3. How to enter

Entry is free. To enter, complete all four steps:

1. Follow @athledex on Instagram.
2. Follow @interdanang on Instagram.
3. Like the official giveaway post.
4. Tag a friend in the comments of that post.

An entry that misses a step is not valid. Each Instagram account counts as one entry, however many comments it posts.

4. Prizes

• 1st prizeOne Athledex × Inter Da Nang kit + US$100 in sports shopping credit
• 2nd prizeOne Athledex × Inter Da Nang kit + US$50 in sports shopping credit
• 3rd prizeOne Athledex × Inter Da Nang kit

For the sports shopping credit, the first and second winners may propose a sports retailer they can buy from in their country. Athledex must approve the retailer, and the credit depends on what that retailer offers. Athledex may refuse a retailer, and some countries may have no retailer that can take the credit.

5. Random winner selection

After the Giveaway closes, Athledex draws three winners at random from the valid entries, using an online random selection tool. The first entry drawn wins the first prize, the second wins the second prize and the third wins the third prize.

6. Winner notification

Winners hear from @athledex or @interdanang on Instagram. Only messages from these two accounts are genuine.

A winner has 72 hours from that message to reply. If a winner does not reply in time, or does not meet these rules, Athledex draws a new winner for that prize the same way.

7. Prize delivery, customs and taxes

Inter Da Nang provides the three kits. Athledex ships each kit separately from Vietnam to the address the winner gives, with VIO Shipping or DHL depending on the destination.

Delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier. Winners must give a complete and accurate address, phone number and email, as some countries deliver to pickup points or lockers.

Athledex pays the customs duties and import taxes charged on the delivery of a kit.

8. Privacy

To run the Giveaway, Athledex and Inter Da Nang use your Instagram username and the interactions that make up your entry. Winners also give the details needed to deliver their prize, such as your name, postal address, phone number and email, and a tax identification number where the destination country requires one (for example Mexico and Chile).

Athledex and Inter Da Nang use this information only to run the Giveaway, contact the winners and deliver the prizes. Athledex shares delivery details only with the carrier that sends the prize, VIO Shipping or DHL. The Privacy Policy explains how Athledex handles personal data. Instagram's own privacy policy applies to your activity on Instagram.

9. Instagram

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility linked to the Giveaway. Questions about the Giveaway go to @athledex or @interdanang, not to Instagram.
